POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Director of Hospitality, you serve as Hosting From the Heart's in-market ambassador--our "boots on the ground" leader in Summit County and the guardian of our hospitality promise. This role ensures seamless day-to-day operations, impeccable property standards, and consistently elevated guest experiences.
Acting as both Inspector and Host, the Director of Hospitality blends operational excellence with genuine, luxury-level service. Working closely with the COO, Operations Coordinator, and Guest Experience Manager, you will oversee property readiness, manage inventories and restocking, conduct quality inspections, and personally host VIP welcome tours for our Premier Collection homes.
More than a traditional operations role, this position is about bringing the HFTH brand to life--creating memorable, heartfelt stays that feel like "home, only better." The Director of Hospitality embodies our ethos of meticulous care, sincere connection, and thoughtfully curated experiences that guests remember long after they depart.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hospitality & Guest Experience

• Serve as the on-site host for HFTH's Summit County homes, leading VIP welcomes and ensuring warm, personalized stays.
• Anticipate guest needs and uphold HFTH's "Hosting from the Heart" philosophy.

Quality & Property Standards

• Inspect homes regularly to maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and brand presentation.
• Address issues promptly to ensure every property meets HFTH's elevated standards.

Inventory & Operations

• Manage inventories and restocking of linens, amenities, and supplies.
• Uphold SOPs, checklists, and reporting systems for consistency and efficiency.

Team Collaboration

• Partner with the COO, Operations Coordinator, and Guest Experience Manager to deliver seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years in luxury hospitality, property management, or high-touch guest services
• Experience with brands like Cuvee, Inspirato, 5 Star Hotels, or boutique hotels a strong plus.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong operational and organizational skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently in-market while staying tightly connected to the broader team.
• Personable, polished, and professional presence, with a natural gift for hosting.
• Familiarity with Summit County market and seasonal guest expectations a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Monthly Salary: $5,000 - $6,000
