Qualifications:

Experience forecasting goals and objectives for the fixed operations department. Strong track record of hiring, training, motivating, and monitoring the performance of the service and parts department managers. Experience preparing and administering the annual operating budget for the service and parts departments. Must be a strong leader with demonstrable skills in developing team members at all levels. Must have experience with General Motors. Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication skills.
