Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all dietary staff and kitchen operations
Develop and implement nutritious, cost-effective menus
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local food safety regulations

Qualifications
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM), Registered Dietitian (RD), or equivalent required
Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in healthcare food services
