Overview

The Director of Development is responsible for leading the overall fundraising strategy and execution at Project 48, with a strong emphasis on increasing individual giving. This role reports directly to the Executive Director, working closely with our contracted grant writer and Board of Directors to develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan that sustains and expands the organization's impact.

The Director of Development is responsible for leading the overall fundraising strategy and execution at Project 48, with a strong emphasis on increasing individual giving. This role reports directly to the Executive Director, working closely with our contracted grant writer and Board of Directors to develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan that sustains and expands the organization's impact.The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder and strategist who thrives in a mission-driven, collaborative environment and brings proven success in donor cultivation, stewardship, and development operations. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position is based in our Portland office.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
