Director of Concierge Services

We are proud to announce that we are seeking a full-time Director of Concierge Services professional at our beautiful Rehabilitation & Nursing Center!



We are seeking a bright, extroverted individuals with an interest in assisting patients as a customer service / amenities professional. The Concierge Services Department serves as the liaison between patients, families, and our team members, following patients throughout their healing journey ensuring patient satisfaction and customer service are provided at a level of excellence.



There are also programming opportunities with this position, assisting with our veterans program, snack cart/magazine cart programs, chat groups to allow patients to share their stories and get to know one another, as well as supporting special community events.



We are seeking individuals who are looking to grow in the healthcare field, as well as within our thriving organization; there will be great opportunities for growth.



Also, customer service skills and an interest in the medical/marketing/administrative field is a major plus.
