The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between investors seeking strong returns and opportunities aligned with the ?rm's investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Equity Raising
Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, smaller institutional investors, and private equity partners.
Create and present investment proposals, offering memoranda, and performance reports to prospective investors.
Manage the full fundraising lifecycle - from prospecting to closing commitments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure investor communications, due diligence, and reporting are timely and accurate.
Attend and represent the ?rm at investor conferences, networking events, and industry forums.
Deal Sourcing & Acquisition Support
Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities that align with the ?rm's investment criteria.
Build relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners to source off-market and value-add deals.
Conduct preliminary ?nancial analysis, market research, and feasibility assessments for potential acquisitions.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team on underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution.
Maintain a pipeline and tracking system for potential investment opportunities.
Quali?cations
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related ?eld (MBA or MSRE preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, capital markets, or real estate investment.
Proven track record in raising equity for commercial real estate projects or funds.
Strong network within the real estate investment community.
Deep understanding of real estate ?nancial metrics, investment structures, and market trends.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
