Mission of Role

The primary responsibility is to prospect new potential customers, nurture them to conversion, and close sales--while maximizing both revenue and profit margins.

Competencies

Prior Experience Requirements
5+ years minimum sales experience, specifically in commercial furniture new business development. Experience in the architectural, construction, engineering, design, or interior market is a plus. Office interiors, Commercial Real Estate, and/or Construction contacts are a plus.

Technical Requirements
Skilled and proven in prospecting, negotiating, influencing, and closing new clients. Knowledgeable with Salesforce, or similar CRM

Soft Skill / Behavior Requirements
Proven track record of learning a new industry and applying knowledge. * Positive attitude with a commitment to professionalism and integrity
