Salary: Base $150k +/- plus a 15% Bonus, Full Benefits and a 50% match on your 401k up to 10%

One of our clients and well established and growing commercial real estate development and acquisition company is looking to hire a Director of Accounting. In this role, you will supervise one person.
Duties:

• Full Financial Statement Responsibility, Corporate Accounting, GL, MEC, etc
• Investor Reporting
• Analyzing potential acquisitions

Requirements:

• CPA
• 10+ years of experience
• Experience with CAM reconciliations
• Strong General Ledger, month-end close, and supervisory experience.

The company is on an MRI Accounting platform.
The company is offering a six-figure base salary, a 15% bonus, MDV, and a 401k with a 50% match up to 10% of your salary.
