We are searching for a
Director, New Business Development- Dental Groups
to Grow DenLine Sales among more than 3,000 US Dental Groups.
The person we hire will have experience:
>
Cold Calling
and Qualifying Prospective Accounts
> Use of
Salesforce (R)
Cloud-based Software to manage interactions with each Group
> Experience Setting Up and Conducting Remote
Virtual Presentations.
Leads will Result From:
> Incoming Calls from Current Dental Offices Served that are now part of a Group
> Direct Mail Follow-up
> Cold Calls
> Follow-up to Product Sampling
> DSO Annual Trade Show (Groups)

The Person we hire will have the following experience:
> Education: Minimum Associate Degree, BS or BA Preferred, with Computer Emphasis

Experience Following Up on Leads from Advertising & E-Mails
> Contact Manager Program (Salesforce)
> Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Power Point
> Microsoft Teams for Virtual Presentations

Business Hours:
8 to 5 M-F, No Weekends
The 3,000 Dental Groups are Nationwide, equally spread across the Time Zones.
Annual Sales Objective:
Year 1- $250,000- New Account Business
Year 2- $375,000- New Account Business
Year 3- $500,000- New Account Business
Compensation:
Exempt Position plus Commission on New Account Dental Group Sales.
Base $60,000 per Year -Exempt Employee
PLUS Monthly Commissions with examples presented during interview.
Education
- Minimum Associate Degree, BS/BA Degree (Preferred), Marketing/Sales, Good Computer Skills, Good Math, Grammar, Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Full Time Employee Vacation Benefits-
One Week Vacation after completing 1 Year of Service, two weeks after 3 years.
