The Director of Marketing Planning is a proactive, strategic and results-oriented leader strategically orchestrating the efficient stewardship of resources, optimization of processes, and on-time, on-budget delivery of impactful marketing campaigns in support of the American Cancer Society's mission. This critical and collaborative role is responsible for ensuring alignment of marketing efforts with department goals through effective work planning, agile marketing methodologies and rigorous executional discipline. The ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive problem-solver with a demonstrated history of successfully managing direct reports and multiple complex projects within a fast-paced environment. Possessing exceptional communication skills and a deep understanding of marketing channels and deliverables, this accountable and decisive Director will ensure effective resource management and project success, reporting to the VP Marketing Strategy & Planning and collaborating closely with key marketing stakeholders.
