What You\'ll Bring:

An understanding of the \xe2\x80\x9cbusiness question\xe2\x80\x9d- the ability to uncover customers\xe2\x80\x99 unique problems and work collaboratively to develop and implement solutions leveraging TransUnion\xe2\x80\x99s capabilities

Business maturity and strong leadership and listening skills, with the ability to analyze input from customers, partners, TransUnion associates, market and environmental trends, to identify and clearly articulate needs and opportunities for growth

Experience working in a matrixed environment preferred, leading and collaborating across teams and functions to drive results

Ability to effectively develop relationships, engage, advise, and persuasively communicate with P&L and risk heads in face-to-face scenarios, demonstrating real-time insight, flexibility and sound judgment

Strong analytical and insight-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to pursue consultative client engagements to drive business growth

Experience developing and implementing strategies for market entry and growth

Program management, with the ability to own development of business pipeline and effectively coordinate internal resources and teams to maximize business conversion

Independence, initiative, business acumen, and excellent verbal, story-telling written communication, and negotiation skills

Solid organizational skills and high degree of comfort managing multiple assignments

Driven by intellectual curiosity and independent thinking

Experience working with senior-level managers and executives

Sound working knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint with exceptional presentation skills

Ability to travel at least 20% of the time and perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

8-12 years professional experience in general management, business strategy, market/business intelligence, consumer and market insights, business development, sales/account management, product development, or management consulting

Experience in High Tech, Digital Marketplaces/Gig Economy, or Information Services industries

Experience in identity verification, identity protection, fraud prevention, fraud risk management, or marketing tech industry highly desired

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business, finance, marketing, engineering, economics (or relevant work experience)

MBA from a top-tier university highly desired (but not required)

Impact You\'ll Make:

At the Director level, you will contribute to TransUnion\xe2\x80\x99s efforts to grow the U.S. Diversified Markets vertical

Responsible for overall commercial identity, fraud, marketing, and call center/customer experience solutions-related business strategy, revenue attainment and growth with focus on Technology, Gig Economy, and Information Services customer engagement and acquisition

Identify new product opportunities, build business cases to drive prioritization, and act as the key business stakeholder in the product development process

Lead projects that will include new product innovation, product enhancements, and industry-specific go-to-market strategy development

Build trust with business partners (e.g., IT, Sales, Marketing, Solutions), customers, key decision makers, and project sponsors, leveraging these relationships to develop and maintain an industry perspective. Insights from these partners will help drive innovation, product, service and sales ideas across key customer segments.

Build your network with the top identity management, fraud prevention, marketing, and customer experience leadership in major companies across Technology, Gig Economy, and Information Services industries

Develop industry insights that will allow you to:

Maintain awareness of current industries trends through industry publications, company press releases, and various forms of primary research \xe2\x80\x93 and use that information to formulate hypotheses about the future state of the industries at the intersection of big data and marketing

Build a solid understanding of the internal and external data sources available to fuel research projects and support/ refute key hypotheses

Conduct or oversee general market research activities by collecting and analyzing data to better describe our organization, the industries we serve, as well as our customers and business partners

Attend relevant industry events to meet with customers and prospects to stay abreast of industry trends and customer needs

Engage with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue:

Understand the commercial market landscape and unmet needs, and determine required solution capabilities

Engage with the sales team to build partnership relationships with selected clients, providing subject matter expertise, pursuing a consultative approach to identify areas of improvement, and positioning TransUnion as a trusted partner to help clients achieve their goals

Collaborate closely with the sales team to lead business pipeline development, coordinating internal resources for identified opportunities to maximize business conversion ratio

Identify training and materials requirements to equip the sales team to sell products that meet market-specific business problems, and partner with marketing to create custom content

Design and execute initiatives (training, materials and incentives) to push new and high priority products or offerings into the market

Support pricing strategy definition and review tactics with sales

Work closely with sales team to understand sales pipeline performance, key account revenue activities, and to prepare revenue insights for the monthly line of business meetings

Pay Scale Information :

The salary range for this position is $135,400.00 - $223,300.00. *The salary range for this position reflects the general range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual\xe2\x80\x99s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position, and market considerations.
