The Director, Integrated Insights will lead the Integrated Insights for a dedicated Global TA. Act as a Strategic Partner to Global TA Leadership team. Own Integrated Insights Planning of the TA level. Generate deep action insights grounded in decision sciences that enable sound strategy design and execution.

Design and execute Global TA integrated insights strategy.

Provide pro-active, thought leadership on integrated insights to enable Global TA strategy design and execution.

Provide strategic guidance relating to insight generation for TAs priority brands and or disease areas.

Play a key role in insight generation and interpretation for priority BD&L & M&A opportunities.

Build capability to consistently monitor strategic alignment with priority markets and executional success while generating insights and suggestions to course correct where required.

Establish approaches to comprehensively understand patient & customer journeys, including deep human understanding (i.e., behavior science)

Maintain disease area and patient models based on the actual data and anticipated market changes (e.g., clinical practice, innovation) to enable country and global analytics.

Act as an extended member of the Global TA leadership team with authority to challenge KBQs and feed Insights into TA/asset strategies

Foster collaboration, customer centric solution design within Global Integrated Insights team and other teams (i.e., US Insights, CE&E)

Ensure application of best practices generated by Global Integrated Insights into Global TA

Collaborate with TA to define strategic problems and shape strategy.

Integrate TA relevant insights across Access, Medical, Patient Engagement, GDD, and NIBR

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $192,000.00 and $288,000.00 per year; however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through 12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge, skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an \xe2\x80\x9cat-will position\xe2\x80\x9d and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The ideal location for this role is East Hanover, NJ but remote work may be possible (there may be some exceptions based on legal entity registration). Please note that this role would not provide relocation as a result. If associate is remote, all home office expenses and any travel/lodging to East Hanover, NJ site for periodic live meetings will be at the employee\xe2\x80\x99s expense. The expectation of working hours and travel (domestic and/or international) will be defined by the hiring manager.

Minimum requirements
What you\'ll bring to the role:

Strong strategic, analytical and data insights capabilities, with deep and broad expertise within I&A covering Business Analytics, Primary & Secondary Market Research, Competitive Intelligence and Forecasting

Foundational knowledge of decision sciences, behavior sciences, or agency planning

Strong strategic problems solving and solution design experience.

Proven ability to create vision & purpose and translate strategy to applicable tactics.

Structure ambiguous problems and design solutions to solve them.

Extensive experience with demonstrated deep commercial savviness in pharma industry, or functional expertise and leadership in innovative research & insights, deep marketing understanding.

Experience leading the design of business objectives, strategic plans, roadmaps, and management controls.

Experience working cross-functionally and exposure to senior business leadership.

Significant account management experience at executive-level, and business case management experience

Ability to shape and apply industry-leading market quant/qual research methodologies for business value.

Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using qual and quant methods.

Work effectively with diverse teams to come up with the best solutions and move the organizations to act.

Ability to establish credibility and influence across a range of diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization.

Able to build and develop high-performing teams to take accountability and make decisions.

Competitive and entrepreneurial mindset with proven track record of fostering innovation

Experience in developing and executing \xe2\x80\x9cBest in Class\xe2\x80\x9d processes at scale.

Successfully leveraging digital innovation to improve business outcomes and maximize customer value.

Preferred:

US experience (US Health care system and US data understanding, i.e., patient- and HCP-level data)

Significant above-country experience (Global / Regional) or multi-country experience

Experience in decision science and/or behavior science

Deep TA specific relevant knowledge (trends, key customer groups, DAs, competitor landscape etc.)
