Overview:

We are seeking a

Director of Financial Reporting (FP&A)

to lead financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting for a fast-growing, dynamic organization. This role requires a strategic finance leader with a strong foundation in

FP&A, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance

.

You'll partner directly with senior leadership to drive business performance, oversee reporting accuracy, and optimize financial processes through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all financial reporting functions ensuring compliance with GAAP and special-purpose standards. Act as a strategic business partner to executives on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Support the CFO in preparing Board packages, ad-hoc reports, and forecasts. Oversee preparation and filing of quarterly and annual financial statements. Enhance reporting efficiency through tools such as

Planful, Blackline

, and other automation technologies. Provide technical accounting guidance and manage complex transactions. Collaborate on audits (internal & external) and implement best practices in reporting and analysis. Support the integration of new partners and sales channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in

Accounting or Finance

required. 8+ years of experience in

FP&A or Financial Reporting

, preferably in

Private Equity-owned or fast-paced

environments. Background in

Big 4 accounting, consulting, or banking

highly preferred. Knowledge of

insurance-related accounting

a strong plus. Advanced

Excel

and proficiency with reporting tools (Planful/Blackline). Must be

authorized to work in the U.S.

and able to pass a background check.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
