Due to anticipated organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare seeks qualified candidates for a potential new Director position.
In this role you will lead a statewide program in Maryland which will conduct level-of-need assessments which will be used to determine an appropriate level of individual of funding and identify types and extent of services and support needs for person-centered planning for individuals who utilize publicly funded home and community based services.
This program will leverage Liberty Healthcare\xe2\x80\x99s core competencies and unwavering commitment to provide high quality supportive services to people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
As Liberty Healthcare\xe2\x80\x99s founding Director, you will enjoy a wide array of responsibilities, including:
- Leading a fast-paced and complex start-up initiative
- Establishing a statewide system which will efficiently and effectively administer a high volume of assessments
- Leading a team of health and human service professionals who work remotely throughout Maryland
- Ensuring the program\xe2\x80\x99s services meet or exceed contract deliverables, while meeting financial objectives
- Functioning as a liaison to an array of stakeholders
- Establishing a high performance culture and championing diversity, equity and inclusion
Skills & Requirements
You are a good fit for this position if you have a successful track record of leading organizations or programs serving adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Working knowledge of Individual Indicator Rating Scale level-of-need assessments and the Supports Intensity Scale is strongly preferred.
This is a hybrid position which requires Maryland residency (or proximity).
