About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard working, client focused and creative Client Strategy Director with strong experience selling media in the video space. The Client Strategy Director will be a crucial member of a growing sales team that provides best in class advertising solutions to our clients.

You Will:
- Be a Twitch ambassador and act as an expert within the space to our clients and agencies
- Grow ad revenue, and when possible, exceeding goals through creative solutions
- Work with existing and potential clients to determine their needs and create a Twitch centric ad sales solution
- Exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Prospect for new business and accounts
- Focus on initiating and developing relationships with main agencies
- Manage advertiser pipeline to exceed quarterly goals
- Secure strategic level relationships with senior client contacts within the account list
- Work collaboratively with the sales teams to uncover best practices and opportunities

Ability to create, follow, and modify account plans and coverage

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience
- 7+ years of digital media ad sales experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales across fortune 500 advertisers and agencies experience
- Experience closing sales and revenue generation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience building new customer relationships
- Experience closing sales and generating revenue

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $108,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $201,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. This position is eligible for variable pay via a sales compensation plan. These plans pay according to achievement level against sales targets and/or business objectives. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
