Lead and develop a team with various stakeholders and responsibilities
Claims Planning \xe2\x80\x93 Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Accounting to analyze and ensure accuracy of financial results, support the budget process for our domestic business\xe2\x80\x99s ALAE (DCC) and ULAE (AOE), and provide consultation to our international business
Litigation Expense Support \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for alignment of internal costs at the claim level as well as tracking and reporting on claims-related KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
Design and deliver executive-level presentations with actionable insights and recommendations
Create a cohesive claims story in partnership with the claims leadership team for monthly Claims Committee reviews with the executive leadership team
Support quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc requests for claims information needed for internal and external audiences
Continuously improve the existing financial planning and budgeting process including a monthly reporting process to track actual vs. plan
Support Claims leadership team with ad-hoc requests
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree
5+ years of progressively increasing experience within P&C insurance industry
Previous experience in executive/board reporting
5+ years previous management experience
Ability to read and write SQL preferred but not required
