Job Description

Equifax is hiring a Director, Animation to support internal customers with best-in-class creative projects. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Creative and will have strong design expertise to work independently, as well as drive new creative strategies and thought leadership with larger teams. The main focus of this role is executing motion graphic design for various deliverables that all support the Equifax brand. Problem solving skills coupled with creative design talents, and a strong attention to detail are needed in this role to manage projects with speed, accuracy, and minimal supervision.





This opportunity follows a hybrid workplace model with specific mandatory in-office days in one of


our state-of-the-art office buildings in Atlanta or Alpharetta, GA.

What You'll Do:

Design and produce best-in-class creative that follow the brand standards in a variety of animation projects Ensure final projects are delivered efficiently and on time to meet demanding deadlines Collaborate with the Sr. Director, Creative and other management, stakeholders, partners, and vendors to enhance all elements of projects Research and implement emerging trends and AI technologies in day-to-day workflows

What Experience You Need:

7+ years of work experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production Excellent Mac skills are a must with deep working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud suite
of programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects and Presentation design using PowerPoint/Google Slides
Experience in B2B design with a strong portfolio demonstrating strong creative talents Must possess attention to detail for consistency and brand alignment across all projects Must have excellent prioritizing and organizational skills and work well under pressure to meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-turn environment Must be a self-starter and have a strong work ethic Ability to analyze potential solutions, problem solve, and use good sound judgment to make the best decisions Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with the ability to listen and collaborate Ability to work with ambiguity BA degree in fields related to design, video, or marketing
