Job Description

Responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for clients; heavily involved in establishing, developing, and growing both new and existing business as well.
Responsibilities:

• Work directly with clients to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction throughout engagements
• Develop and approve comprehensive work plans for client projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and firm standards
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to clients, effectively communicating project outcomes, recommendations, and financial insights

Qualifications:
Required

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience
• At least 10 years' healthcare and consulting work experience
• At least 5 years' project management experience, including complex, multi-faceted engagements
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices
• Proven track record of successful client relationship management

• Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements and cost-saving initiatives in healthcare settings
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences

Expectations

• Comfortable with remote work arrangements and virtual collaboration tools
• May require up to 20% travel for client meetings, conferences or training
