Job Overview:

Amian Care Services is an In- Home care provider agaency. We need a caring, compassionate, and dependable, direct service worker to join our team. Amian Care Services assist individuals with disabilities and older adults in their home and community with activities of daily living while maintaining their independence, health, saftey, dignity, and respect.

Requirements:

Background check clearance

Motor vehicle record check clearance

Must have a valid LA driver's license

Must have reliable vehicle with auto insurance & LA registration

Duties:

Follow the client's plan of care & implement client's goals

Report & document all incidents immediately and refusal of care

Complete accurate & timely progress notes/ timsheets

Clock in/ out of Electronic Verification System

Maintain Client's home to ensure it is clean, safe, and comfortable

Assist client with maintaining their health & safety

Promote/Assist/Teach the client personal hyigene task

Assist/Monitor/Instruct client with meal preparation, food storage, clean- up, grooming/bathing, Housekeeping, Laundry, Tolieting

Medication/ Appointment Reminders

Transport client to & from medical appointments, grocery shopping/ community outings.

Female Client

Shift 9a-1:30pm Monday-Friday
