Makridis Learning is an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) company that utilizes science-based techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors in children and teens. Our approach is centered around using the child's motivations to create engaging and fun learning experiences. Position Responsibilities:
As a Behavioral Respite Provider, your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing respite services to children and teens with behavioral needs.
Implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Engaging children in skill-building activities that are both educational and enjoyable.
Assisting with teaching communication, social, play, and behavior management skills.
Collaborating with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective support for each child.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 18 years of age.
Ability to pass a BCI/FBI background check.
CPR/ First Aid Certified
