A day in the life of a Direct Support Profession can look like:

Provide support, skill training and therapeutic instruction to persons served Develop, maintain, increase, or maximize an individual's independence in self-care, physical, mental, and emotional health and development. You will provide quality services that promote socialization, community inclusion, leisure, and communication skills, Work closely with persons served, their families, P.I. staff and community individuals to achieve quality outcomes.
