is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic

DSP Team Lead

to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently within their communities.

What You'll Do:

Provide leadership, coaching, and training to a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Oversee the development and implementation service plans Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of program participants Foster a positive, inclusive, and person-centered environment Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals Maintain accurate documentation and reports

Assist with planning and leading of individual and group activities

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional A patient, caring, and positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration A high school diploma or equivalent * The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies
