Job Overview:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide personalized support in daily living activities, both in the home and the community. Your role will involve helping individuals achieve greater independence, assisting with the implementation and monitoring of personalized goals, and supporting behavior plans. Accurate documentation and collaboration with team members are key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate assistance with daily living tasks in both home and community settings. Complete required documentation accurately and timely. Actively contribute to the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual support and behavior plans. Foster a positive, supportive environment to help individuals achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license, personal transportation, and proof of insurance required. Must pass a background check.
