is looking for you! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on assistance to individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders Supervise and engage individuals in recreational activities and community outings Assist individuals in setting and achieving personal goals Document progress and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
