Position Overview:

We are actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team!



This opportunity is perfect for compassionate, self-motivated, and energetic individuals who are eager to support individuals in their journey toward independence. Work schedules will be assigned based on Individual's needs, availability, and location.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist with daily activities and personal goals, promoting independence and community engagement. Support participation in small outings and community-based activities. Create and maintain a positive, person-centered approach to care. Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals at all times.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent required. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. Ability to work legally in the United States. Comfortable with community-based support and engaging in local outings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Person-centered mindset with a positive attitude and open-mindedness. Passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and promoting independence.
