Open Shifts:

Sunday: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Monday: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour

This is a flexible, hands-on role that involves supporting adults with developmental disabilities in leading more independent and fulfilling lives.

Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including hygiene and grooming Administer medications in accordance with care plans Support with meal preparation and dietary needs Facilitate recreational, social, and community-based activities Accurately document services provided, behavioral observations, and individual progress
What We're Looking For:

A patient, compassionate, and dependable attitude A strong desire to help and empower others Clear communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support, including bending, kneeling, and reaching A professional, team-oriented mindset
Requirements:

Valid Delaware driver's license (with no more than 5 points) Clean driving record (no DUIs or drug-related offenses) Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and physical exam
