community. We're looking for caring and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and

Caregivers to join our growing team!

Position Summary

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), also known as a Caregiver or Direct Care Worker,

you'll help adults with disabilities live fulfilling and independent lives. You'll provide daily

assistance, encouragement, and support while building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, hygiene, and personal care) Provide companionship and emotional support Help individuals participate in community outings and activities Support clients in developing independent living skills Administer medications and follow care plans (training provided) Maintain accurate daily documentation Promote a safe, respectful, and positive environment
? Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Must pass a background check and drug test Compassionate, patient, and dependable Experience as a DSP, CNA, or Caregiver is a plus (but not required -- we provide paid
training!)
