Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. Applicant must be conformable preforming personal cares.

Position Description and Responsibilities

- Assistance with getting dressed, grooming needs, eating, drinking, toileting and bathing and personal hygiene

- Transfers and mobility assistance

- Help maintain current level of functioning

- Assure the quality of life

Anyone can be a DSP, no experience is necessary, but you must be willing to learn. LDR is licensed by DHS and follows state guidelines for training: all training is provided and paid. This is an ideal position for outgoing people looking for something extra in their life.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
