Direct Support Professional (DSP), serving individuals primarily in Oakland County.

What You'll Do:

As a

DSP

, you'll be a cheerleader and mentor to individuals with disabilities, helping them live fulfilling and independent lives. You'll provide support in a variety of settings--in the community, and at an employment site. No two days are the same, and that's what makes it exciting!

Your role includes:

Supporting individuals with

daily living skills

. Helping with

job coaching

and

volunteer opportunities

to build independence. Encouraging

community involvement

through social outings and fun activities. Assisting with

transportation

. Advocating for

dignity, respect, and choice

for every individual you support. Documenting daily progress and maintaining accurate records. Ensuring a

safe, happy, and supportive

environment.

What We're Looking For:

Passion for helping others

--no prior experience is required; we'll train you.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

to build meaningful relationships.

Patience, positivity, and problem-solving skills

--every day is different.

Reliable transportation

(valid driver's license, registration and insurance). Ability to assist with

personal care tasks

. Must pass a

background check

before hire.
