Required shifts:

Two schedules:

Sunday - Wednesday; Sunday 8 AM - 8 PM, Monday - Wednesday 4 PM - 11

Or

Thursday - Saturday; Saturday 8 AM - 8 PM, Thursday & Friday 4 PM - 11 PM

Client is a female with severe intellectual disability who requires assistance with ADLs
including but not limited washing and dressing. Client has a history of attempting to disrobe throughout the day and requires constant supervision and redirection. Client is non-verbal but can understand verbal directions. Client needs assistance with cooking and cleaning. Client will use wheelchair when traveling long distances, needs assistance with all community activities including transportation to and from. Needs constant supervision while in community.

Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Support individual in developing and maintaining social skills and relationships.
- Ensure the rights and dignity of individuals are respected and upheld.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health challenges preferred.
- Must have knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and be comfortable with applying behavior support.
- Ability to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
- Staff must be able to work on their own without direct supervision.
