to provide hands-on care and meaningful engagement.
Available Shifts:
Full-Time:
6 AM - 2 PM, 4 shifts/week, rotating weekends (
male applicants only
)
Full-Time:
6 AM - 2 PM, 5 shifts/week, rotating weekends (
female applicants only
)
Weekends:
6 AM - 10 PM, every Saturday & Sunday
Pay:
$17/hr if fully certified + AZ Driver's License
$16-16.50/hr if missing certifications or license

Requirements:
Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Fully certified: Article 9, Prevention & Support, First Aid/CPR
AZ Driver's License for driving shifts
Ability to lift 50 lbs, pass Level 1 fingerprint check
What You'll Do:
Provide hands-on care and supervision
Assist with daily activities (showering assistance, dressing, grooming)
Engage members, promote independence, ensure safety
Administer medications per instructions
Maintain a clean, supportive environment
