We are

for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. We offer competitive pay with significant shift differentials, with rates as high as

$22/hour

.

Key Responsibilities

As a DSP, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents during their most active hours. Your duties include:

Assisting with

Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Providing safe transportation to medical appointments and community outings. Supporting clients in achieving rehabilitation milestones and personal goals. Maintaining accurate documentation of care and progress. Promoting a safe, respectful, and home-like environment. Administering medications (after completing DHS-approved training). Encouraging social engagement and participation in group activities.

Qualifications

Must be

18 years or older

. High school diploma, GED, or active PA CNA registry. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Minimum of

6 months of direct care experience

with adults with disabilities (paid, volunteer, or family caregiving). CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Dependable, flexible, and punctual.

Shift Differential Pay

We know that great work deserves great pay. Our rates vary based on the shift and day of the week, allowing you to earn more for weekend and evening work.

Full-time DSPs

can earn:

$20/hr

on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. shift.

$20/hr

on Friday for the 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts.

$22/hr

on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift.

Part-time DSPs

can earn:

$17/hr

on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for the 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts.

$19/hr

on Saturdays and Sundays during the 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. shift.
A

weekend shift mandate

of at least four weekend (premium) shifts per month is required.
