Position Overview:

Royal Community Support is seeking a compassionate, self-motivated, and energetic

Direct Support Professional (DSP)

to assist an individual in Ocean Township, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with community-based support, small outings, and activities that promote independence and integration within the community.


We have part-time roles offering the following schedules available:


1.Mon 7:30A-9, Tu & Wed 7:30A-9 and 3P-11P, Saturday and Sunday 9a-5p


2.Tuesday and Sunday's a few hours each day. (late Morning to late afternoon-8 hrs)

Monday to Friday 9:00am-11:00am/12:00pm. Monday, Wed, Friday 4:00pm-8:00pm. Tuesday and Thursday 3:00pm-5:30pm. Saturday and Sunday 10:00am-4:00pm

4. Monday-Friday 3:30pm-7:30pm


5.Monday thru Friday between 8A-4P-M


5. Mon/Tues/Wed Late Morning into the afternoon-


6. Monday 9:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-2:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to an individual with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Assist with daily activities and personal goals, promoting independence and community engagement. Support participation in small outings and community-based activities. Create and maintain a positive, person-centered approach to care. Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals at all times.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a good driving record. Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening. Ability to work legally in the United States. Comfortable with community-based support and engaging in local outings. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Person-centered mindset with a positive attitude and open-mindedness. Passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and promoting independence.
