What are the responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional?

DSPs are responsible for assisting residents with daily living including personal and health care needs, meals, transportation, and recreational and leisure activities. This is an entry-level role and provides paid medical training that will allow you to care for the physical, medical, and emotional needs of our residents in a residential group home setting.

Who are we looking for?

Candidates that:

Are 18 years or older, with a high school diploma. Have a valid driver's license, have automobile insurance, and have a clean driving record. Able to pass a DHS background study, which may include fingerprints. Have basic computer skills to be successful in this position. Have passion for helping people. Make a daily impact in someone's life.
