As a

Direct Support Worker

, you'll play a key role in enhancing the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Your daily contributions will range from assisting with personal care to supporting social engagement, making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate care records Monitor and report any changes in health or behavior Encourage participation in social and community activities Work alongside other care professionals to provide comprehensive support Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment Perform other duties as needed
Qualifications:

Experience in direct care is a plus, but not required High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical tasks Clean background check CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Basic computer skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
