GROUP HOME for Adolescents, MUST HAVE experience working with teens.
Providing direct care and support to residents.
Assisting with shift coverage as needed.
Supervising, teaching and assisting residents in all aspects of life.
Attend community outings
Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
Maintain documentation.
Attend required trainings.
Maintain inventory of household goods and food.
Group facilitation
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION
At least 25 years of age.
High school diploma or GED.
Able to pass a background check and random drug screen.
Personal, reliable vehicle that you're willing and able to use to transport residents.
Valid driver's license and car insurance.
Fewer than 6 points in the last two years on your motor vehicle record.
Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
A minimum of 4 years professional experience in the field of human services or direct support is preferred by not requried.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience in human services, trauma informed experience, CPR certified, record keeping, time management, leadership, multitasking, accountability, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Four or more years of experience working with adolescents.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
