Job Summary
The Direct Sales Team at Farmers Insurance is a high-performing Sales organization, helping customers protect their most valuable personal property in a contact center environment. We provide a consultative approach to insurance sales by taking the time to understand each customer's insurance needs and present options best suited for them. The Direct Sales channel is a key growth engine for Farmers Insurance; this team is gearing up for expansion, and pursuing operational excellence, innovation, and efficiency to empower the team as we grow.
We're looking for results-driven, enthusiastic Sales Leaders to join our Direct Sales team.
In this role, you will lead an assigned team of Sales Representatives to effectively sell personal lines products to direct inbound prospective customers. You'll focus on continuous improvement of customer experience, team performance and company results by leveraging operational resources to analyze and evaluate data and taking action. You'll consistently provide feedback and coaching to employees regarding their performance and regulatory compliance, while building strong morale and engagement among your team. Success in this role will lead to continued growth in your sales leadership career!
