Direct Hire Traveler, Respiratory Therapy
Job Description
We are delighted to announce that we are offering a Direct Hire Traveler Program for experienced Respiratory Therapists! This program will offer premium rates and the chance for you to utilize your RT skills in targeted specialties within South County Health. Experienced Respiratory Therapists will commit to 13-week assignment with a commitment to work 36 or 48 hours/week.
As a Direct Hire Traveler Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of therapy and interventions to inpatients, outpatients and emergent/urgent care patients. They are responsible for implementing respiratory care with an understanding and awareness of population specific needs. Therapists serve in a consulting role by communicating suggestions to other members of the clinical team, perform protocol ventilator management and provide education to the patient, family and staff.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need to qualify:
- Graduate of an accredited school or college of Respiratory Therapy (CoARC or CAAHP)Minimum 3 years of acute care experience
- NBRC credentialed CRT
- Current licensure in State of Rhode Island
- Successful completion of BLS provider course
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights
- Premium Pay
- $65/hour
