Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Customer Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and the willingness to learn various skills pertaining to the position.

Duties

Be on time EVERYDAY Be flexible from 9:00am-6:00pm Available Monday-Friday Speak directly with customers on a day to day basis Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary Willing to learn and grow with the company Demonstrate excellent etiquette and communication skills during all interactions Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues efficiently

Skills

Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate Excellent communication skills with clear articulation and active listening abilities Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately (if applicable) Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $1,500.00 per week
