What You'll Do

Be a mentor and friend

- Work with students ages 7-22 with autism through fun activities and daily life skills

Help students grow

- Support their personal goals and celebrate their achievements

Create a welcoming environment

- Make our space feel like home for everyone

Work flexible 12-hour shifts

- Just 3 days per week with great work-life balance, days rotate weekly

Make learning fun

- Assist with educational activities and hands-on teaching

Current openings:

Day Shift (7am-7pm):

Help with classroom activities, teaching support, and residential living skills.

PRN-

to work as needed either 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am

Must be 18+

with high school diploma or equivalent

Caring personality

who can think quickly and stay calm

Physical ability

to lift 40+ lbs and be active throughout your shift

Clean background

we can't hire anyone with felony convictions or any history involving abuse, assault or neglect

Drug-free workplace

You'll need to pass a drug screening
Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required.
