AT THIS TIME WE ARE LOOKING FOR STAFFING FOR:*

-Interviewing for Full Time and Part Time Positions for 3rd SHIFT (12am-8am) and AND WEEKENDS. Other shifts as needed

-WEEKDAYS and WEEKENDS are available

-WE ARE ALSO HIRING PER-DIEM for additional days

Responsibilities/

The Residential Assistant Care Coordinator's Key responsibilities include:

Maintaining Resident Health and Safety Provides care, assistance with daily living skills, laundry Preparation and serving meals and snacks to residents Housekeeping of resident rooms and common areas Medication Administration to Residents (Medication Administration Certification is preferred for the dispensing of oral medication; Assistance with medication ordering, etc. Medication Certification Training will be provided and paid by employer. Working collaboratively with other staff to coordinate care Working collaboratively with Management Facilitate quality care for our residents

Qualifications we are looking for in the ideal candidate :

High School Education or Equivalent Reliable, dedicated worker Nurturing, Welcoming, Caring and Compassionate personality CPR/First Aid (preferred) Residential Care experience preferred but not necessary Understanding of Mental Health challenges is very helpful Similar to Direct Care Worker/Direct Support Professional (DSP) Medication Administration Certification preferred (otherwise, qualified candidate must complete a medication administration course) CNA/HHA/PCA/DCW Background would be helpful but not necessary (Certified Nurses Aides, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Assistants) Organized, results-oriented individual who takes pride in their work Responsible and accountable individual who works well with others

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
