Position Summary:



Maplewood Senior Living, an innovative, forward-thinking senior living provider, strives to inspire our associates to learn, develop, and succeed. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a devoted and caring Lead Server/Dining Room Manager to become part of our family. The Dining Room Manager is responsible for managing the day to day operations of our dining room.

Key Responsibilities:




Recruiting and scheduling dining services associates Training staff to ensure safety first work approach Able to effectively manage dining room associates Displays patience, tact, enthusiasm and a cheerful disposition Understands safety practices and procedures related to operating a dining room Ensuring dining room is clean, tidy, and meal ready at all times Creating a resident centered focus in the dining room to deliver an exceptional dining experience Planning, scheduling and managing special events Demonstrating a world class experience during all tours and sales events Possess a sincere passion for working with our senior population

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:




Minimum two years dining management experience in hotel or fine dining setting Serve safe recommended but can be obtained within 90 days of employment Computer skills including Excel and Word

Maplewood Senior Living conducts pre-employment screening including background check, drug screening and reference checks
