As a Dining Room Host at Chick-fil-A Centerville, you'll be a key player in crafting a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. Your role will involve greeting our guests with genuine hospitality, keeping our dining area clean and welcoming, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for during their time with us. Greet guests with a warm smile to foster a welcoming atmosphere.


Offer exceptional hospitality by checking in with guests, clearing trays, refreshing beverages, and addressing their needs.


Ensure cleanliness in the dining room, restrooms, trash receptacles, and condiment areas throughout your shift.


Monitor and refill supplies like sauces, utensils, napkins, and other essentials for guests.


Assist in delivering food to tables and support front counter team members as needed.


Follow Chick-fil-A's operating and hospitality standards to guarantee an outstanding guest experience.
