Responsibilities and Qualifications:

The responsibility of our Dining Room Host is to provide the highest level of hospitality by continually going above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.

Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak in a friendly tone, make emotional connections Provide Second Mile Service, ensuring it's personal, proactive and generous Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming and safe environment Strive to build great relationships with guests Maintain cleanliness in dining room (tables, chairs, floors, windows, mats, etc.) Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, play area, foyer and parking lot Keep all condiment stations stocked and clean Ensure dining trays are clean and available to Front Counter throughout the shift Remove trash from dining room Support Front Counter operations when necessary (stocking, running, cleaning, etc.) Other assigned duties, as all positions require teamwork and a willingness to serve others Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence Adhere to the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Bohemia Follow Chick-fil-A uniform and appearance guidelines Treat all team members and guests with honor, dignity and respect

All Chick-fil-A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

College Scholarships


Team Members will have the opportunity to apply for Chick-fil-A's Remarkable Futures Scholarships. Scholarships can be used at any accredited two- or four-year college, university or technical/vocational school.

No Experience Is Necessary


We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know.
