Description:
The primary roles of the Dining Room Evening Manager are the coordination of food and beverage service throughout the member dining areas of the Club through proper staff training and supervision. This position assures a high standard of appearance, hospitality, and service in personnel and in cleanliness of the facilities.

Requirements:
\xc3\x98 Receives, and greets members and guests in the Clubhouse

\xc3\x98 Coordinates food service involving communication between kitchen and service staff

\xc3\x98 Carefully supervises to help assure proper service

\xc3\x98 Inspects the dining rooms prior to service to ensure accuracy, completeness, and cleanliness (includes checking each table: china/silver/glassware, linens, chairs, etc.)

\xc3\x98 Maintains control of the F&B tickets

\xc3\x98 Helps train and supervise staff; facilitates the CCJ new staff member orientation schedule

\xc3\x98 Helps coordinate room set-up based on anticipated guest counts

\xc3\x98 Ensures that service staff remain in their scheduled work area throughout the shift unless given approval to leave the floor from management

\xc3\x98 Assigns pre and post function sidework and personally checks to ensure that it is completed up to standard

\xc3\x98 Shares responsibility with the F&B management team for closing the building nightly

\xc3\x98 Helps ensure golf course beverage management for tournaments

\xc3\x98 Assists with service when needed

\xc3\x98 Helps keep an inventory of service items including silverware, coffee pots, water pitchers, salt and pepper shakers and sugar bowls
