is currently hiring a
Dining/Culinary Services Director
who shares our passion for creating exceptional dining experiences for seniors. This leadership role is responsible for maintaining high-quality dining services while managing the daily operations of the kitchen and dining staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of meal planning, food preparation, service, and sanitation
Manage food, supplies, and labor budgets effectively
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate records and monitor inventory, ensuring proper rotation of food products
Participate in cooking duties at least 4 days per week
Hire, schedule, train, and evaluate dining services staff
Conduct regular meetings with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Qualifications:
Proven experience in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to pass a DSHS background check
Valid food handler's permit
Comfortable using computers and basic software
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
What We Offer:
Pay:
$33-$35 per hour
, depending on experience
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 10am-6:30pm
