Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and support Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Planner)
Provide solution architecture and technical consulting based on Microsoft best practices
Manage client projects: tasks, timelines, milestones, and support tickets
Lead client meetings: discovery workshops, requirements gathering, and status reviews
Collaborate with other consultants to deliver cohesive project work
Communicate technical information clearly to audiences including IT, HR, Communications, and executive stakeholders
Conduct end-user and technical training on Microsoft 365 and third-party tools
Troubleshoot and provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 and integrated solutions
Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
Stay current on Microsoft 365 updates, features, and third-party technologies
Required Qualifications
3+ years in SharePoint / Microsoft 365 architecture
2+ years in client-facing consulting roles
2+ years in Azure AD Identity Management
1+ year PowerShell scripting (SharePointOnlinePowerShell, PnP PowerShell, AzureAD)
Experience with Intranet-in-a-Box platforms
Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Handlebars.js
Familiarity with LMS platforms and content management
Experience with developing and maintaining training materials and webinars
Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills
Project Management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
Familiarity with third-party tools that integrate with Microsoft 365
Experience supporting end-user adoption programs
Additional Requirements
Travel:
2-3 times per year nationally, plus 2-5 times regionally
Work Hours:
Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required
