Digital Systems Project Manager - Technology Integration

Job Summary

Solar Liberty is seeking a Digital Systems Project Manager to lead the development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise systems and IT infrastructure across the organization. This role focuses on improving operational efficiency through system integrations, process automation, data analytics, and IT support. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and CRM/ERP platforms, combined with strong project management and documentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Systems Development and Integration

Manage implementation and integration of enterprise platforms, including Azure, Power Automate, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and CRM/ERP systems. Collaborate with department leaders to identify automation opportunities, streamline workflows, and enhance system performance. Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualization tools to support informed decision-making across departments. Coordinate system updates, migrations, and integrations between key business platforms. Document procedures, configurations, and process changes to ensure consistency, transparency, and repeatability.

Project and Operations Management

Lead digital system implementations to support project scheduling, document control, and communication between field and office teams. Oversee live scheduling and reporting tools that connect field operations with management systems. Support operations leadership by using analytics to identify inefficiencies, schedule drift, or cost deviations. Maintain documentation of workflows, user guides, and process standards for operational teams.

Financial and Resource Management Systems

Manage CRM/ERP integrations to support financial tracking, procurement, and project management. Develop Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility into budgets, costs, and project performance. Collaborate with finance and operations to maintain data accuracy and streamline reporting. Ensure secure data flow between cloud and business systems.

IT and Infrastructure Support

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support for office and field personnel. Manage user permissions, access, and data security across Microsoft 365, Azure, and related platforms. Coordinate with vendors and IT partners to maintain infrastructure reliability, cybersecurity, and cloud performance. Support onboarding and training for new employees on system tools and best practices. Maintain documentation for IT processes, troubleshooting guides, and system maintenance logs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred). 5+ years of experience in technology project management, IT systems integration, or digital transformation. Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and CRM/ERP systems. Experience developing process automations, workflow solutions, and data visualization tools. Strong understanding of system security, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise software environments. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from design through implementation. Excellent documentation, analytical, and organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
