Job Title: Digital & Social Content Editor (Temp)

The mission of the Digital Marketing department is to drive fandom, music consumption, D2C purchases and social conversation/engagement using innovative digital marketing strategies. The team is responsible for all aspects of an artist\xe2\x80\x99s digital presence including digital narrative development, digital advertising, social content ideation, influencer campaigns, digital advertising, CRM, social/digital partner activations, content seeding, websites, etc. We work directly with the artists to translate the vision of their music into groundbreaking digital campaigns and provide in-depth creative consulting geared toward growing a highly engaged fanbase.

Your role:
Your role will be to create, edit and produce video content for our artists and digital marketing campaigns \xe2\x80\x93 including graphics and animated branding. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of non-linear editing software (Premier, After Effects, etc.), a collaborative spirit and a passion for creating social content.

  • Create cutting edge social video content for our artists
  • Edit content delivered by artists into high-performing social content
  • Music video cutdowns
  • Pre-Roll/ Ad/ Live content cut downs
  • Edit video social posts for artists
  • Maintain expert level knowledge of content formats across TikTok, Instagram,
  • YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Create short form digital marketing content to support our artists and releases


About you:
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital/social content editing
  • Full knowledge of Final Cut Pro Studio and Adobe Production Bundle on the mac operating system including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
  • Excellent organizational ability and strong initiative
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and balance multiple priorities
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills and expertise in social media content strategy
  • A passion for fan-focused digital strategies
  • A problem-solving attitude to get it done, no matter the challenge

  • Experience using project management software such as Jira and Basecamp
  • Understanding of social media analytics and posting tools such as Falcon and HootSuite
  • Passion for short form content, editing and digital marketing

Salary Range $30.00 to $36.00 Hourly

Salary Ranges are included for all NY, California job postings and 100% remote roles where talent can be located. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
