Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Digital Retail Specialist to join our team. A Digital Retail Specialist supports online sales by managing digital platforms, updating online product listings, and using technology to enhance the shopping experience. This role combines retail experience, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing to drive sales and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

? Manage and update online product listings, descriptions, and sales/promotions

? Organize and maintain files and systems used across inventory/ecommerce

? Assist with inventory and production organization as needed

? Collaborate with marketing/production on digital campaigns, promotions, and content

? Use analytics tools to track sales trends, customer behavior, and conversion rates

? Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to online retail systems

? Create compelling product content, manage digital assets, and optimize product presentation (storytelling, categorization) for better discoverability

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Strong communication skills

? Experience in retail or e-commerce

? Basic understanding of digital marketing

? Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

? Problem-solving mindset and adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

? Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital tools

? Basic Digital Photography experience

? Basic technical or content management experience
